The Emergency Department ED Staff RN Nurse will report to the Emergency Department Nurse Manager, collaborate closely with Charge RNs and the ED Medical Director, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with a diverse team of compassionate nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, case managers, and techs. The Emergency Department ED Staff RN Nurse will lead triage (ESI), deliver rapid stabilization, manage complex medication protocols, champion safe handoffs, contribute to throughput and quality metrics, and participate in precepting and continuing education—supported by 24/7 physician coverage, rapid response resources, on-site diagnostics, de-escalation training, and a friendly, collaborative culture that welcomes every background and perspective.
