Schedule & Work Environment
Primarily based on-site at the clinical center
Monday-Friday availability between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, based on client needs
Flexible scheduling options available, with expectation of in-person leadership
Occasional travel for regional meetings and company events
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a well-established clinical center in Traverse City, Michigan. This is a leadership-focused role within an employee-owned, clinician-driven organization where BCBAs maintain manageable caseloads and play an active role in clinical and business decision-making.

Position Summary
Under the direction of a Regional Clinical Director, the Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical quality, supervising staff performance, and supporting the operational success of the assigned clinical center. This role balances direct clinical oversight, team leadership, and business management, while maintaining a small client caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA services delivered at the clinical center
Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective behavioral assessments and treatment programs
Supervise and mentor BCBAs and behavior technicians, supporting professional development
Model and promote a positive team culture emphasizing collaboration and work-life balance
Oversee clinical training, supervision hours, and professional growth initiatives
Analyze treatment data to ensure intervention effectiveness and client progress
Collaborate with caregivers, schools, medical providers, and community partners
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required)
Active BCBA certification through the BACB (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Clinical Director or similar leadership role
Strong understanding of the business operations of ABA service delivery
Experience managing budgets, staffing, and clinical performance metrics preferred
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead teams, mentor clinicians, and drive clinical outcomes
