Job description

We are seeking a construction project manager to lead commercial tenant improvement projects at our Nashville office.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong industry relationships internally and externally, representing Colliers project management brand.
  • Lead multiple commercial tenant improvement projects, working closely with clients to successful completion.
  • Establish a pathway to project success based upon key performance indexes defined by stakeholders.
  • Oversee development of the project roadmap, leading the team from initial concept through punch‑list and close‑out.
  • Coordinate with trades and building tenants; create schedule, budget and flag deviations and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Carve out a key role in developing a local project management presence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years in design, construction or project management related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of design process, construction and project management.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and industry specific software such as Bluebeam, CAD or Revit.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to direct and manage vendors, provide critical thinking for problem solving.
  • Experience in directing and maintaining team spirit; familiar with business development strategies and harboring industry relationships.

  • Full‑time position based onsite in Nashville.
