Qualifications:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals willing to take on responsibility and grow with our team. We encourage people who are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to take on challenges to contact us.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in an architectural/engineering.
  • Client Account Management requires strong personal relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, details, and methods.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Employment Conditions:
  • Full-time, exempt employment.
  • Work conditions & location: Hybrid - Will work on-site at client location three (3) or more days per week.

  • Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing, and typing. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this position is determined based on a combination of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, and applicable licenses. InterAgency, Inc. is committed to offering competitive total rewards compensation packages that reflects each candidate’s qualifications and the value they bring to the role.
  • Salary range: $125,000-$145,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement plan with 401(k) Safe Harbor employer match.
  • Paid Time Off: up to 20 days per year, prorated during the first year of employment.
  • Life insurance and disability insurance.
