The Role

Empower Strategies Consulting is seeking a Motion Graphics Editor to join a growing creative team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong technical skills, a sharp design sensibility, and experience leveraging emerging AI tools throughout the production process. You'll contribute to a wide range of creative projects spanning broadcast television, digital advertising, and social media while collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, editors, copywriters, and strategists in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do
  • Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for broadcast television, connected TV, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and additional digital advertising platforms.
  • Edit and adapt master creative assets into multiple broadcast and digital formats, including 60-, 30-, 15-, and 6-second spots, as well as vertical video optimized for mobile platforms.
  • Produce rapid-response creative content under tight deadlines for breaking news, advocacy initiatives, and time-sensitive campaign priorities.
  • Create lower thirds, end cards, title graphics, legal disclaimers, and other production assets that meet broadcast and platform specifications.
  • Develop sizzle reels, presentation videos, and storyboards to support business development and client presentations.
  • Incorporate AI-powered creative tools and internal workflows to improve production efficiency and accelerate creative development.
  • Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across multi-channel campaigns and creative deliverables.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia production, preferably within political, public affairs, advocacy, advertising, or agency environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color grading, Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D animation, and Adobe Audition for audio editing.
  • Experience utilizing modern AI-powered creative and post-production tools, including platforms such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Luma Dream Machine, Pika, ElevenLabs, Topaz Video AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Suno or Udio.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong motion design, polished editing, and compelling creative across broadcast and digital formats.
  • Familiarity with broadcast delivery standards, political advertising requirements, and platform-specific specifications.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including evenings and weekends during peak campaign periods when necessary.
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential client materials and sensitive information.
