Job Title: Assistant Facility Medical Director Anesthesiology
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Compensation: $570,000 annually plus negotiable sign-on incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time (Employee / W-2)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist to serve as an Assistant Facility Medical Director at a leading medical center in beautiful West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, leadership opportunity offering a highly competitive salary, bonus potential, and excellent benefits.

Highlights:

  • Annual salary of $570,000

  • Sign-on incentives negotiable with multi-year commitment

  • Full-time, employed (W-2) position

  • On-call duties: Backup pager coverage from home (7 PM 7 AM) and participation in weekend day shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 7 AM 7 PM)

  • Post-call day off provided

  • Evenly rotated call schedule among 7 physicians

  • Diverse case mix: neonates, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology, plastics, and MRI sedation

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

  • Eligible for medical licensure in Florida

  • Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
