Team Red Dog is building a pipeline of qualified candidates for an anticipated AI Prompt Engineer opportunity with a premier enterprise technology client expected to open within the next month. This upcoming fully remote role will support enterprise AI initiatives focused on conversational AI, generative AI experiences, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation solutions across customer-facing and internal platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in prompt engineering, software development, testing, debugging, and AI workflow optimization while helping improve AI response quality, scalability, and user experience across complex enterprise environments. • Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale software systems and AI-driven applications
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and root cause analysis experience across production systems
• Experience implementing conversational AI, prompt engineering, or generative AI solutions
• Strong programming skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality technical solutions
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs), conversational AI platforms, or generative AI technologies preferred
• Familiarity with prompt engineering best practices, conversational design principles, and AI response optimization preferred
