Direct Care Workers, Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Caregives (CCG), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE SHIFTS IN Phoenix/East Valley AND SURROUNDING AREAS of Arizona including: Mesa, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, Gilbert, Casa Grande, Florence, Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, San Tan and more!
Preferred Care at Home of Phoenix/East Valley is seeking compassionate and dedicated AZ State Certified Direct Care Workers, Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Caregivers (CCG), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care services for our adult and senior clients in all areas of Arizona. This is a variable hour, hourly pay, in home position. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. We work hard to match caregivers with their clients based on location, skills, and most importantly personalities!

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role: minimum of 1 year required
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Current State of AZ DCW certification (we can help you to get it at little to no cost!)
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to obtain Certification in CPR & First Aid if you don't already have it (we can help you to get it at no cost!)
  • Must be able to obtain or currently have a current TB test with negative results (we can help you to get it at no cost!)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with elderly and/or disabled clients and their families
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job, such as lifting and assisting clients with mobility
  • Availability on weekdays, evenings and weekends (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks, including laundry and light cleaning
  • Ensure the safety and security of clients at all times
