What Youโ€™ll Lead

  • Direct production operations for precision aerospace components.
  • Improve capacity, throughput, quality, cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Turn manufacturing strategy into focused, disciplined daily execution.
  • Champion Lean works, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Use KPIs - including OEE, scrap, first-pass yield, and labor efficiency - to identify problems and drive action.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing leadership team.
  • Strengthening accountability, collaboration, safety, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, CMMC, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage manufacturing costs, budgets, and capital investments.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within aerospace or defense.
  • Experience leading multi-shift or multi-site production operations.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement; certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical judgment and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as IQMS, JobBOSS, SAP, Oracle, or Epicor.
  • Experience with plastics manufacturing, precision machining, or assembly is highly desirable.
