High School CTE Advanced Manufacturing Teacher
EFFECTIVE: AUGUST 3, 2026
Overview:
This position is for a classroom teacher who will be responsible for the instruction of (3) 90-minute periods a day in Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing classes. Other professional and administrative duties may be required as prescribed. 
Qualifications:
Individuals applying for this position should have at least 5 years full-time work experience out of the past eight years. Qualifying areas / occupations include: Engineer, plant manager, industrial production manager, computer-aided drafting (CAD) certified individual, industrial maintenance, machinist, numerical control machine tool programmer, electronic engineer, electronic technician, electronic semi-conductor processor.
Industry certifications (which would be advantageous) include: National Institute of Metalworking Skills (NIMS) or Level 1 Siemens trainer certification.
Other Pathway options include:
 - Associate's degree in manufacturing / technology, one year of work experience in endorsement area, and industry certification.
 - Bachelor's degree in manufacturing operations / technology and industry certification.
