Job description

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to oversee its Saint Louis region across multiple skilled nursing communities.

Experience – Regional Maintenance Director:

  • Experience working in/with SNF communities

Responsibilities – Regional Maintenance Director:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the physical plant

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance program

  • Proactive with preventative maintenance to ensure asset longevity and equipment functionality

  • Manage and maintain a realistic budget for supplies, materials, and vendor expenses (routine and non-routine)

  • Maintain working knowledge of current DOH and CMS regulations and requirements

  • Participate in the Safety Program

  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, and low voltage

  • Support all buildings by collaborating with Maintenance Directors, Administrators, and Regional Team Members

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Report discrepancies in assigned areas to department supervisor
