Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own the endโ€‘toโ€‘end technology strategy for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Lifecycle teams, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership to align digital tools with goโ€‘toโ€‘market priorities.
โ€ข Lead the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated applicationsโ€”defining the platform roadmap and overseeing architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and data model design.
โ€ข Drive adoption of bestโ€‘inโ€‘class digital solutions that strengthen pipeline visibility, leadโ€‘toโ€‘revenue execution, customer engagement, and analytics/AIโ€‘driven insights; modernize workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
โ€ข Ensure strong data quality, governance, reporting, and compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC, internal controls).
โ€ข Lead digital transformation initiatives across Sales and Marketing, including leadโ€‘toโ€‘cash workflows, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, personalization, and AIโ€‘enabled insights.
โ€ข Establish delivery governance for Sales & Marketing technology, including prioritization, release management, and change control; champion userโ€‘centric design to ensure high adoption and intuitive experiences.
โ€ข Manage relationships with Salesforce, system integrators, and SaaS vendors; oversee technology budgets, licensing, and vendor spend across the portfolio.
โ€ข Build and lead highโ€‘performing teams (admins, developers, architects, BAs), providing mentorship and developing future technical leaders while balancing speedโ€‘toโ€‘market with architectural integrity and operational stability.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role supporting Sales and Marketing organizations
โ€ข Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations and ongoing platform evolution
โ€ข Strong track record delivering digital transformation initiatives that directly impact revenue growth and customer experience
โ€ข Experience working in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Executive stakeholders
โ€ข Deep hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics / Reporting and Integrations (APIs, middleware, data platforms)
โ€ข Familiarity with marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDP), analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
โ€ข Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, and system integration patterns
โ€ข Ability to translate business strategy into technology execution
โ€ข Executive-level communication, stakeholder management skills, strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and ROI analysis
โ€ข Change leadership experience driving adoption across global or distributed teams
