LaSalle Network is partnering with Roquette to hire a Director of Accounting, North America for its growing Health & Pharmaceutical Solutions business. This is a high-impact Director-level opportunity for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, improving financial operations and collaborating across global organizations. The Director of Accounting, North America will play a critical role in enhancing financial reporting, strengthening accounting processes and serving as the primary liaison between internal finance teams and outsourced accounting partners.
Director of Accounting, North America Responsibilities
  • Lead IFRS financial reporting for North American entities
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Oversee accounting compliance and audit support
  • Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
  • Partner with Tax, Finance and Operations leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting operations
  • Review reconciliations, journal entries and financial analyses
  • Support ERP and financial systems optimization

Director of Accounting, North America Qualifications

  • CPA preferred
