Since 2008, Milenium Inc. has been steadily growing while delivering reliable fiber optic services to customers. The organization places strong emphasis on safety, holding daily safety meetings to protect both clients and team members. Milenium Inc. takes pride in high-quality work and a culture that ensures everyone returns home safely at the end of the day.
Role Description The Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Portage, IN. This role oversees trenchless construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and supervising field crews, managing subcontractors, and monitoring project progress and quality. The Construction Manager will review plans and specifications, prepare and track budgets, schedule resources and equipment, and enforce construction safety standards and company policies. The role also includes communicating with clients, resolving site issues, maintaining accurate project documentation, and collaborating with leadership on continuous improvement in operations and safety.
Qualifications
