Directional Drill Operator

We are currently seeking experienced Directional Drill Operators to join Aquila's growing team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay Range: $24 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a directional drill operator

- Ability to read and interpret utility prints and plans

- Able to follow instructions

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- able to repair minor issues on the drill in the field and assess if it needs to go into the shop

- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

- Demonstrates professionalism and maintains a positive attitude at all times

- Works effectively as a team player

- Willing and able to travel as required

- Willing to get CDL if you do not have one.
