Schedule: Monday-Friday, Between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (No weekends)
Location: 6909 W Ray Road

Summary:

ย As a Direct Support Personnel, you'll support adults in a day treatment program by helping with daily living needs, ensuring safety, and assisting with transportation and activities. You'll follow individualized care plans, keep accurate documentation, and maintain a clean, respectful environment.ย 


Essential functions:ย

  • Provide hands-on support with hygiene, meals, medications, and daily routines.
  • Drive members to appointments and activities. (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
  • Follow care plans and accurately document daily progress.
  • Support residents emotionally and physically.
  • Attend required training and keep certifications current.
  • Being flexible in hours worked in order to assist with staff coverage if needed

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ .
  • 21+ with a valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record (Driver).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Class 1 fingerprint clearance card.
  • Able to pass background checks and obtain required certifications.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible to cover shifts as needed.High School or Equivalent
  • Flexible hours to work times as well as work locations to assist with staff coverage if needed
