Wendell Foster is interested in hiring energetic Direct Support Professionals for our Intermediate Care Facility to join the team of #DifferenceMakers!

  • Hours- 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM 📆 Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week + every other weekend (Part-time & PRN opportunities available)
  • New hourly rate starting at $16.00
  • Night-shift hourly differential of $2.00

Essential Functions:

Support our individuals direct care needs including, but not limited to:

  • Getting dressed, assisting with baths and showering, toileting and hygiene needs, feeding, Assist with walking and/or wheelchair mobility, occasionally preparing meals and snacks per dietary card
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
  • Understand individual’s rights and display respect and dignity when interacting with individuals.
  • Frequently lift and/or move 50lbs; occasionally lift and/or move 75lbs while assisting a person with movement or direct care
