Job description

Has direct contact with intellectually and behavioral disabled individuals apart of SCL and MPW waiver.
Provide oversight; must be 18 years old; have a high school diploma or 21 years or older. 

Communicate effectively with participant and their family; Read, understand and implement written and oral instructions; perform required documentation, participant in participants person centered plan
