SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Guide and assist residents to learning to live and function as independently as possible in community
* Provide direct care, interaction and supervision of the residents, inclusive of all daily needs (meals, grooming, personal needs, transportation, recreation, leisure, medical and medication administration)
* Prepare progress notes, completes daily logs as directed
* May require some or daily driving as needed by the program
* Treat residents with dignity and respect including providing opportunities to engage in decision making, constructive activities and habilitative services to the extent they are able
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Compassionate about the care and well being of others
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Valid Driver's License
* Abilty to complete and satisfactorialy pass given background checks
