A typical day is working with people on skills such as; cooking, cleaning, running errands, hiking, shopping, and enjoying the Duluth scenery! Being a Float DSP is rewarding and exciting. A Float DSP will work at a variety of homes throughout the week. We reimburse for mileage, expenses, and activities!The Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate has at least one year of full-time work experience as a DSP, PCA or CNA.
