Job description

The Corporate Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of Navion Senior Solutions’ marketing strategy across its portfolio of senior living communities. This role provides leadership for corporate and community-level marketing initiatives, strengthens and protects the Navion brand, and ensures marketing efforts effectively support occupancy, revenue growth, and the overall resident and family experience.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Corporate Director of Marketing will oversee the corporate marketing function and provide leadership to internal marketing team members and external agency partners. The Director will be responsible for creating a more responsive, efficient, and scalable marketing infrastructure while ensuring consistency in brand standards and messaging across all communities.

This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and the ability to drive execution in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience leading marketing strategy and execution.
  • Experience managing marketing for a multi‑location or multi‑brand organization strongly preferred.
  • Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, or other consumer service industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, social media, branding, content strategy, reputation management, and creative development.
  • Experience managing external agencies and marketing vendors.
  • Strong project-management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience utilizing marketing analytics to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategy.
