Identifies and forecasts opportunities through the analysis of internal data and branch performance statistics.Determines distribution strategy, including the necessary staffing and support requirements, to execute business plans and achieve branch objectives..Initiates and supports actions to resolve issues within the branch, develops effective solutions across various business segments.Responsible for hiring, coaching and developing team members.
