Marketing Communication Resource is a leading printing and direct mailing company specializing in high-quality marketing materials, print solutions, and direct mail services. Our team is dedicated to helping businesses effectively reach their target audience with innovative, cost-efficient, and creative solutions.

Position Summary:
We are a busy printing and direct mailing company seeking dependable Seasonal Production Helpers to support our team during our peak season from August through December. We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position offers flexible scheduling (days and time) and involves assisting with printing, mail preparation, packaging, and other production-related tasks to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with print production, finishing, and mail preparation.
  • Sort, assemble, fold, insert, label, and package printed materials.
  • Operate basic production equipment and machinery (training provided).
  • Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Support production staff with general shop and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes or materials up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in printing, mailing, production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required.
