TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have good working knowledge of mail and shipping/ receiving.
  • Collect data for reports and prepare monthly reports.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Train, monitor and discipline employees.
  • Prepare employee appraisals and evaluates employee performance.
  • Interview candidates for open positions.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to perform the work of those whom they oversee.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of problem solving skills.
  • Ability to deal with difficult or irate customer periodically.
  • Maintain, review and update site Operations Manual.
  • Maintain centralized employee database for mail processing, production reporting and tracking of deliveries and pick-ups.

  • Review departmental charges and post client chargeback's.
  • Reviewing and coding of courier invoices.

  • Ensure equipment is in good working order and have the ability to perform key operator maintenance.
  • Proper follow through to completion both verbally and in writing with client representative of any issues involving lost or delayed packages or any other service issues.
  • Maintain inventory and oversee distribution of client office supplies
  • Interface with the client contact daily and attend meetings as required.
  • Keep Operations Manager informed of operational efficiencies and potential problems.
  • Resolve staff interpersonal conflicts.
  • Required to work overtime periodically.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years of Supervisor experience in the mail, copy, office services.
  • Excellent administration and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of US Postal, UPS shipping and other shipping software as needed.
  • Able to set priorities and motivate others.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be flexible to adapt to changes and multi-task.
  • Able to nurture and foster team work from subordinates and client.
  • Must demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
