Receptionist

Brooks Law Group is seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing Tampa office. This entry- to mid-level position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. We're looking for someone who communicates with empathy, works well independently and as part of a team, and is committed to supporting our firm's mission of providing outstanding client service.

  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties, including typing, filing, and operating office equipment

Schedule

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
