Job description

Responsible for growing the mover/real estate channel by increasing and maximizing the number of real estate program participants and referrals resulting in new customer acquisitions. Recommending then implementing approved strategy to achieve this goal.

• Lead program sales/support efforts. Initiate and conduct face-to-face presentations to introduce program and benefits to brokers/offices/agents and target real estate influencers. Conduct meetings and presentations to onboard new partners and members through orientations, training, CE classes, team meetings and other opportunities. Lead and manage monthly call campaign efforts.

• Provide support for the marketing needs for the real estate channel from development through distribution of print and digital communication/marketing campaigns. This includes program kits, email, direct mail, video, presentation materials, etc. Work with agencies and vendors to dovetail existing brand messaging to promote program awareness and engagement.

• Responsible for web-based administration of the real estate referral/rewards program, including onboarding, approvals, inquiries and awarding participants. Recommend and coordinate improvements for program related referred customer-facing landing pages and experience, including ease of enrollment, and effectively capturing referral data.

• Responsible for the day-to-day implementation and results of the program. Responsible for overall engagement to drive customer acquisition and reporting and analysis of KPIs to ensure program is on track to meet set goals. Recommending solutions to drive program growth. Ability to clearly communicate objectives and coordinate all aspects of integrated campaigns to deadlines and on budget.
