Job description

The Maintenance Controller will monitor, expedite, coordinate and direct line maintenance performed on all ABX aircraft; provide technical assistance to line representatives and contract agencies; interface with ABX departments in support of operational and other requirements; perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • A&P License
  • 4 years experience in the maintenance of commercial transport aircraft
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, accept responsibility, make decisions with direct impact on dispatch reliability of ABX fleet

Preferred skills:

  • 2 years supervisory/lead experience
  • Experience on aircraft type operated by ABX
  • Commercial airline Maintenance Control experience
  • Experience in Powerplant Avionics and Structures
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred
