Bestergo is growing! Bestergo is looking to add a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing organization.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers' needs over the phone, provide accurate information, demonstrate understanding of our product lines, effectively solve problems, and offer resolutions on time to maximize customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
  • Availability to receive inbound calls and provide a professional level of product support when customers and users contact customer service.
  • Identify factors and steps necessary to assist customers on how to properly install, use, and/or assemble our products, answer questions, and provide other product knowledge.
  • Successfully respond to routine as well as more complex customer service calls and inquiries with minimal supervision.
  • Support and follow up with customers through phone, email, and text.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and detailed product information.
  • Maintain and update call records on the status of customer service inquiries.
  • Navigate software and the internet with multiple browsers, email, instant messenger, and chat tools.
  • Review instructions, manuals, product information, and online listings for accuracy. Collaborate with other team members to help improve company processes and improve the customer experience.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills/Experience Required
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of customer service, product installation, or other related industry experience required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand and communicate written instructions, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Strong computer skills required to navigate software and the internet with multiple browsers, email, social media, instant messenger, and chat tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time-management and organization skills.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry, retail, or installation with an emphasis on television wall mounting, ready-to-build furniture, and accessories is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of televisions, TV wall mounts, specifics with sheetrock, drywall, and hardware installation, or related work experience, is preferred.
  • General understanding of the consumer electronics industry.
