Position Summary:

In the Installation & Fulfillment Specialist position, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of large-scale customer projects valued at $15K or more, from order fulfillment through final delivery and installation. You'll protect customer trust, ensure project profitability, and drive a seamless service experience by making informed decisions, embracing change, and using technology to enhance efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with Capital Sales, Aptura, product suppliers, and external service providers to deliver outcomes that exceed expectations and reinforce Direct Supply's reputation.

  • Improve service delivery by giving direct feedback to providers and Installation Managers and escalating issues early when needed.

Experience:
  • 2+ years of customer-facing, project management, logistics, or installation experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines.
  • Experience leveraging technology or AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes preferred.

Additional Items of Interest:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Project Management certification of interest but not required
