Behavior Change Success and Denise Wright Licensed Behavior Analyst PLLC is an agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our supportive, inclusive culture helps every individual reach their highest potential.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
We are seeking certified RBT technicians/ABA Therapists who have at least 2-3 years hands-on experience in the field.
  • Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
  • Implement programs written by the case supervisor
  • Assist in foresting autonomy with dignity and respect
  • Complete case documentation
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
  • Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
  • Schedule: Primarily after-school and weekends. There is also the opportunity to work at our center in Plainview.
  • Job Location: Nassau/Suffolk County, in-person, A therapist must be able to commute around Long Island.
