Job description

This contract role offers a competitive rate per review, with four required monitoring reviews per assigned member/provider annually. Since 2006, Wee Care Corp has provided Home and Community-Based Services and Therapy Services grounded in evidence-based practices that promote growth, independence, and family-centered care. Our mission is built on compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
What Your Day Looks Like
As a Direct Care Monitor, you will support service quality and compliance for members receiving home-based care within a defined region in Arizona.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct four required monitoring reviews per member per provider each year:
    • 2 in-person visits in the member's home
    • 2 virtual visits using a secure video platform
  • Independently schedule and manage your appointments as a contractor.
  • Document findings accurately using provided reporting tools.
  • Communicate with families and providers to support service quality and consistency.
  • Travel within your assigned regional area
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment with Wee Care's values.

Compensation
  • Per completed review (Each member requires four reviews annually.)

Requirements
  • Experience as a caregiver / direct care provider
  • Ability to independently manage scheduling and time.
  • Basic proficiency with digital documentation or monitoring tools.
  • Three (3) professional references.
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
  • Successful completion of required background checks.
  • Experience as a Direct Care Worker that has completed DCW Training
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.
