Job description

About Community Connection Programs, Inc. (CCP):

Community Connection Programs, Inc. (CCP) is a trusted home care provider serving communities across Southeast Louisiana. We support seniors and individuals with disabilities so they can remain safely in their homes. Our team is built on reliability, compassion, and real support—not just for our clients, but for our caregivers too.

Position Overview:

This role is best suited for caregivers who value consistency, independence, and taking ownership of their work. You’ll provide one-on-one care in a client’s home, building real relationships and maintaining a steady routine. This is a calm, structured environment—not a facility—and we keep things simple with clear expectations and consistent schedules so you can focus on providing quality care.

We trust our caregivers to work independently and show up for their clients. At the same time, our office team is supportive, responsive, and available when needed—creating a close-knit environment where caregivers are respected and backed by a reliable team.

This position is a strong fit for someone who:

  • Takes pride in being dependable and showing up consistently

  • Communicates clearly and handles responsibilities without constant supervision

  • Wants stable, meaningful work without unnecessary confusion or micromanagement.

If you are looking for a flexible role but also understand the importance of reliability in caregiving, you will do well here.

Pay & Opportunities:

  • Pay Range: $10.00 – $11.00 per hour

    • Base Pay: $10.00/hour

    • Certified CNA: $11.00/hour

  • Opportunities for consistent hours and additional shifts

Benefits & Perks:

  • Vacation Pay (for full-time caregivers)

  • Health Insurance Options Available

  • Get Paid Daily!

  • Flexible scheduling (part-time, full-time, PRN)

  • Work close to home whenever possible

  • Supportive and responsive office staff

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Provide companionship and supervision

  • Support mobility and safety

  • Follow care plans and complete daily documentation

  • Follow EVV requirements with access to personal cell phone

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation

  • Valid Driver’s License or State ID

  • Ability to pass a Louisiana Statewide background check

  • Dependable and consistent attendance

  • Ability to work independently in a client’s home
