Job description

What You'll Do 

NetDocuments is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for developing and managing existing customer accounts while building relationships to find solutions to customer needs for our SaaS company.  The Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager.  The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of the customer relationship process.   

You will: 

  • Proactively manage and grow a large book of existing customer accounts, with a focus on driving expansion revenue 
  • Generate your own pipeline through outbound activity (calls, emails, and direct account engagement) without reliance on BDR support 
  • Run discovery conversations with customers to uncover business needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities 
  • Own the full sales cycle within your accounts, from initial outreach through close 
  • Maintain consistent activity and pipeline management within Salesforce

  • Experience managing and growing existing accounts, not just maintaining relationships 
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts 
  • Comfort with high activity levels (calls, meetings, follow-ups)

The compensation range for this position is: $75,000.00 + Variable
