A Finishing Technician is responsible for finishing and shipping operations. Responsibilities will include but not limited to cleaning and inspecting parts, preparing parts for painting, and shipping preparation.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy
  • Dip/power pieces to ensure part is free from dirt and chips
  • Dip parts into rust remover
  • Oil parts prior to packaging
  • Final inspection of parts
  • Band work pieces and prepare for shipping

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive operations
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:
  • Blueprint reading experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training
  • Effective communications skills

* Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.
