Overview
Velocity Bar + Kitchen, a beloved community-focused restaurant known for its fresh, made from scratch food, and vibrant atmosphere, is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and overseeing the front-of-house operations to create memorable dining experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding service, we invite you to be part of the Velocity Bar + Kitchen team! This role you will have to have strong bartender experience.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coordinate, and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by actively engaging with them, addressing any concerns or requests promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor service quality, presentation, and adherence to restaurant standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels for dining room supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking.
  • Gather and relay guest feedback to management for continuous improvement.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Bartender experience
