Job description

At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Room Host role is an incredibly important part of a guest's Dine-In experience at Chick-fil-A. In addition to completing operational/maintenance tasks to ensure that our dining room is clean and tidy, a Host is responsible for making sure our guests have everything they need throughout their visit. This includes doing periodic check-ins with each guest throughout their visit and creating a warm and welcoming environment where, even in busy high-volume times of day, guest feel cared for and enjoy their dining experience. A strong candidate is one who is organized and people-oriented, and one who can adjust and adapt quickly to a fast and changing environment. Please note: this role is for candidates who wish to work exclusively in the dining room who love to engage and have conversations with guests. This role also involves cleaning tables, chairs, bathrooms and taking out the dining room trash.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently we are only interviewing candidates who can work our 4 PM-9:30 PM shift.
