Note: this particular role is best suited for ADULTS because of their life experience, not teens.

A Chick-fil-A Dining Room Hostcreates a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, maintaining a spotless dining area (tables, floors, restrooms, condiment stations), clearing trays, restocking supplies, and checking in with each guest in the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction, all while embodying the brand's core values of hospitality, teamwork, and positive attitude. This role involves physical tasks like standing and lifting.This role does not involve taking orders or ringing up orders on the cash register.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience:Greet guests with genuine hospitality, check on them during their visit (table touches), and offer fond farewells.
  • Cleanliness & Sanitation:Keep dining areas, countertops, floors, and restrooms sparkling clean; change trash, sanitize tables, and ensure condiment stations are stocked.
  • Operational Support:Assist the team with tasks like restocking, running food, expediting orders, and sometimes take orders to customers waiting at curbside as needed.
  • Brand Representation:Uphold Chick-fil-A's vision, mission, and values, adhering to all appearance and sanitation guidelines.
