WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A DINING ROOM ATTENDANT

We're looking for a dependable, respectful, and friendly Dining Room Attendant to join our family here. As a Dining Room Attendant you have the opportunity to build personal relationships with our residents and staff, making this a fun and enjoyable atmosphere to be in. In collaboration with the Dining Services Director and Cooks, Dining Room Attendants ensure our dining experience dazzles residents!

DUTIES OF A DINING ROOM ATTENDANT

Some of the general duties of the Dining Room Attendant position include:

  • Uphold a high level of customer service
  • Assist with meal preparation
  • Lead during meal service alongside other servers
  • Clean the Dining Room and Kitchen after each meal

SHIFTS AVAILABLE FOR ATTENDANTS

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time employment, we offer a schedule that works for you! Looking for work after school? Perhaps you have another job? Our evening shift doesn't require late nights and is perfect for making extra money!

  • Breakfast/Lunch Shift (7:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
  • Dinner Shift (4:15 PM to 7:30 PM)

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Prior experience in a restaurant or long-term care environment preferred, but not required.
  2. Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  3. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  4. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk/stand 90% or more of shifts, and respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
