Job description

Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Location: Monroe, NC
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking and motivated Concrete Finishers/Experienced Landscape Construction workers to join our team! In this role, you will assist in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks and working collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate landscaping tools and equipment to construct new landscapes for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Plant and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery.
  • Excavate and perform proper installation of concrete, pavers, and retaining walls.
  • Setting forms, pouring concrete, and finishing concrete.
  • Experience with operating a mini excavator, skid steer, and dingo. Excavation, moving material around site, loading trucks, etc.
  • Making sure all elevations are set properly in order to be efficient with materials and have little waste.
  • Remove debris and ensure all outdoor areas are clean and organized.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in landscaping or hardscaping industry is required.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
  • Knowledge of landscaping tools, landscape equipment, hardscape and landscape installations.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Valid NC Driver's License and comfortable driving a 3500 truck with 20 foot plus trailer.
