Job description

They prepare all meals quickly, efficiently and to standard. The grill is kept clean at all times and the flow of meals on the grill is managed effectively.


Pay for Line Cook is $17 to $23


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to grill and work around high heat
  • Ability to interact positively with each and every Guest and exhibit genuine hospitality
  • Meals are served with presentation in mind and hand delivered to each waiting Guest
  • The Guest line around the grill is managed and flow is good
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure Guest safety
  • All dietary restrictions for our Guests are executed well
  • Toppings counter is stocked and pointed out to Guests departing the grill
  • Grill, adjacent area and countertops are kept clean throughout the shift
  • Speed ensures a fast moving line and a positive Guest experience

Personal Requirements:

  • Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Continuous use of hands and arms
  • Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
