WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BARTENDER

As a Bartender at our restaurant, you will take orders and skillfully prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with enthusiasm and efficiency. Following our established service standards and specifications, you will ensure that each guest receives their orders promptly and courteously.

Alongside your bartending duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining stock and supplies, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of the bar, bar equipment and overall cleanliness of the workspace.

ARE YOU THE BARTENDER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To thrive in the role of Bartender at our restaurant, you must have a keen understanding of guests' service needs and be able to anticipate and fulfill requests promptly and accurately. Being well-organized, attentive to detail and able to maintain concentration in a fast-paced environment is essential, as you will be responsible for preparing drinks and providing top-notch service within given timeframes.

Coordination to prepare and serve orders quickly with minimal supervision is essential. Collaboration and teamwork are also essential, as you will work closely with co-workers to create a cohesive and efficient service experience.

Effective written communication skills, basic mathematical calculations and cash handling experience are also required. Most importantly, you must maintain a positive, friendly, and hospitable attitude toward guests and fellow staff members, embodying the core values of our company. Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service and good judgment in identifying potentially intoxicated or underage guests are also required.
