The Role
As a Room Attendant, you will clean guest rooms and ensure they meet brand and cleanliness standards. You help create a safe, fresh, and comfortable environment that supports excellent guest experience.
What You'll Be Doing
• Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, floors, and living areas
• Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities
• Remove trash and used items following safety guidelines
• Report maintenance needs or room issues to the supervisor
• Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and work areas
• Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Provide friendly service when interacting with guests
