You know every moving part of a hotel—from front desk flow to P&L glow You lead with heart, manage with precision, and believe guest experience and financial results should rise together.

The Role

As our Hotel General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full operation of the property—guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence.


You’ll set the tone, build the culture, and lead a team that’s proud to wear the logo.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach

  • Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business

  • Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy

  • Build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams

  • Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met

  • Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance

  • Be visible-on the floor, with guests, and with your team


Qualifications

What Makes You You



  • Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (Marriott or Hilton brand required)

  • Strong hotel F&B experience

  • Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance

  • A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride

  • Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts

  • Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest moments
