Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Family Medicine with OB Faculty Physician you will deliver exceptional primary care in an outpatient-only setting within our Queen Creek Clinic. This role offers unparalleled work-life balance within a supportive Dignity Health Medical Group environment.

In this role, you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of your patients and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will be board certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician.You will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and have a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. You will exhibit effective communication skills and thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

  • Outpatient + Family Medicine Ob with C-section/Surgical Obstetrics Training

  • Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Ob/L&D call integrated with other faculty from family medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program, and a large private Ob hospitalist group

  • Optional inpatient service

  • Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular

  • Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only)

  • Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days

  • Great MA support + RN onsite

  • Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix-Open rank based on prior experience and academic output

  • Opportunity to collaborate and have dual faculty appointment with Dignity Health East Valley Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program as well

  • Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator initiated research projects

We are offering a competitive 2 year salary guarantee then RVU-based, a sign-on bonus, full benefits, CME allowance, Malpractice with tail coverage, and relocation assistance for eligible candidates. We also offer a retirement plan with employer match. Qualified candidates may also be eligible for student loan repayment.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Board-eligible/Board-certified in Family Medicine

  • Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona

  • MD or DO Degree

  • Completion of an ACGME accredited residency

  • A passion for providing clinically excellent care

  • Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
