Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a PRN Express Care Advanced Practitioner in Bardstown, KY, you will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages, including preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and referring patients to specialists when necessary, essentially acting as the primary healthcare provider for individuals and families across the lifespan.
Every shift, you will apply your broad medical expertise to address a wide range of health concerns, fostering long-term relationships with your patients and guiding them through their healthcare journey. This involves meticulous assessment, thoughtful treatment planning, and effective communication to ensure holistic and continuous care.
To be successful in your role, you will strategically deliver comprehensive primary healthcare to patients across all age groups, serving as their primary healthcare provider throughout their lifespan. You will demonstrate exceptional medical expertise in preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses, actively managing chronic conditions, and making appropriate specialist referrals, all while fostering patient well-being and promoting health across individuals and families.
Hours of Clinic Operation:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • Weekends: 9:00am - 5:00pm
