Job Description:

Relevant de la direction Produits numeriques en assurance de dommages, le ou la conseiller(ere) en experience numerique contribue a la mise en place et l'evolution du programme d'assurance telematique en collaboration avec des equipes multidisciplinaires. Il ou elle aide a concevoir des experiences numeriques simples et efficaces pour les membres, tout en soutenant l'integration des principales fonctionnalites du programme (adhesion, consentement, donnees de conduite, recompenses, communications et support). Le role requiert une bonne connaissance de l'assurance de dommages afin d'assurer la coherence de l'experience, le respect des regles d'affaires et une approche omnicanale fluide.

Vous vous realiserez dans les fonctions suivantes:

  • Cadrer le programme et formaliser les parcours cibles (adhesion, utilisation, recompenses, renouvellement, support).
  • Codefinir les objectifs, hypotheses de valeur et indicateurs de performance (adoption, engagement, satisfaction, performance).
  • Alimenter la vision produit par une vigie et des recommandations basees sur les meilleures pratiques telematiques de l'industrie.
  • Travailler avec les equipes produit et agiles pour structurer et prioriser le backlog.
  • Participer aux rituels agiles et a la planification des priorites et dependances.
  • Assurer l'alignement entre les equipes internes et les parties prenantes.
  • Encadrer la collecte et l'utilisation des donnees telematiques, dans le respect des consentements.
  • Integrer les exigences de securite, conformite, accessibilite et confidentialite dans les parcours.
  • Contribuer a la gestion des risques par des communications claires et une experience equitable.
  • Suivre la performance du programme et recommander des optimisations basees sur les donnees.

Vos talents et vos qualifications:

  • Detenir un Baccalaureat en administration, informatique, marketing ou domaine connexe.
  • Cumuler une experience pertinente minimale de 8 ans en assurance de dommages (produits, notions de tarification/risque, parcours de service, contraintes reglementaires et operationnelles).
  • Posseder une experience de travail sur un programme d'assurance telematique ou d'assurance connectee (ex. Ajusto, Ma Conduite ou equivalent) incluant onboarding, consentement, donnees de conduite, incitatifs et parcours de support.
  • Posseder une experience de travail dans un context Agile, SAFe, etc.
  • Connaissance de JIRA et Confluence.
  • Avoir une maitrise avancee de la langue francaise et anglaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en raison de la nature des taches et d'interactions avec des collegues, partenaires, clients ou/et fournisseurs francophones et anglophones.
