Job description

Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world's most innovative financial organizations. Unleash your expertise in API product delivery and AI-enabled feature development by partnering with engineering teams to ship reliable, scalable transaction products for servicing agents, digital channels, and enterprise customers. Own the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle-from requirements and user stories through release coordination-across fast-moving, cross-functional teams. Translate complex stakeholder needs from large institutional customers into crisp acceptance criteria and backlog items that engineering can execute with precision and speed.
Monitor API performance, production metrics, and platform health to inform prioritization decisions and maintain the reliability our customers depend on. Join a team at the forefront of modernizing core banking infrastructure-where your delivery contributions directly impact tens of millions of consumer accounts.

As a Senior Product Associate in Enhanced Transaction Utility (ETU), Consumer & Community Banking, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. You will be the connective tissue between engineering, business stakeholders, and institutional customers-translating needs into delivery and delivery into measurable outcomes. This role sits at the center of a high-visibility API modernization program supporting digital channels, servicing agents, and third-party integrators across the Chase ecosystem. If you are energized by execution, API ecosystems, and AI-enabled products in a complex financial services environment, this role offers scope and impact that few associate-level positions can match.

The Enhanced Transaction Utility (ETU) platform powers transaction history for 38 million+ consumer checking accounts, delivering the data that drives Chase's digital banking experience across mobile, online, and servicing channels. As a Senior Product Associate, you will be embedded within a dual-team engineering model spanning Wilmington, DE and Bangalore, India, managing backlogs, coordinating dependencies, and driving delivery milestones across a high-stakes program. The role requires you to be technically fluent in REST APIs, API versioning, and event-driven product concepts-and equally capable of presenting clear, stakeholder-ready narratives to business and technology leadership. You will contribute to the integration of AI-enabled capabilities into platform tooling and product features, with opportunities to shape how the team uses emerging technologies to improve delivery velocity and product quality. Candidates who thrive here bring a bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of shipping products in complex, enterprise-scale environments.

Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for API endpoints and AI-enabled product features. Partner with engineering on API design, monitoring, SLA adherence, and incident response to ensure platform reliability and performance.
