Blayzer interns don't just watch, they build. You will learn to create and optimize digital content, manage brand identities across communication channels, and leverage data to drive campaign results. You’ll leave with a competitive edge, a professional portfolio, and real-world agency experience that opens doors.

Responsibilities — What You'll Learn & Do
  • Content Development: Plan, create, and optimize content for a wide range of clients and marketing projects.
  • Social Media Management: Post, share, optimize, and engage communities on professional social media platforms.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research and competitive audits for new clients, marketing strategies, and campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on performance data to track campaign ROI.
  • Web & SEO Strategy: Support site performance through SEO best practices and conversion-focused content direction.
Commitment, Credit & Career Growth — How It Works
  • 12 weeks @ 20 hours per week = 240 total hours (or as required by your for-credit internship program)
  • Location: In-office at 1901 Locust St., St. Louis, MO 63103
  • Compensation: This is a Volunteer Professional Experience designed for portfolio building and skill acquisition.
  • University credit: Available where applicable. Previous Blayzer interns have earned credit through Saint Louis University (SLU), Webster University, UMSL, Mizzou, Fontbonne University, and Lindenwood University.
