We are looking for a Digital Solutions Lead, Patient Services (Immunology) who is strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven to join us in our Patient Services - Immunology team.This role can be Hybrid (40% on site precence in Atlanta, Raleigh or Boston) or Remote (up to 20% onsite presence) and requires 20% domestic travel.
About the role
You will lead the design, execution, and evolution of digital solutions that power patient support and patient service programs across Immunology. Acting as the single digital owner for patient and healthcare professional services, you will translate strategy into execution by building scalable, technology-enabled capabilities that improve access, onboarding, engagement, and long-term adherence. This role blends strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on delivery, driving measurable outcomes for patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
Who you'll work with
You will be working in a highly cross-functional environment alongside Patient Services Operations, Patient and Healthcare Professional Experience teams, Commercial and Brand Marketing, Market Access and Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, Information Technology, Data and Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, and Privacy partners. Externally, you will collaborate closely with digital health vendors, technology providers, and specialty pharmacy partners. This role serves as a central connector across teams, ensuring alignment, adoption, and impact.
What you'll do
  • Define and execute a multi-year digital enablement roadmap for patient services
  • Lead implementation and optimization of digital platforms supporting patient and provider journeys
  • Improve patient onboarding, engagement, adherence, and persistence through digital solutions
  • Establish performance indicators, dashboards, and actionable insights for decision-making
  • Standardize end-to-end patient and provider service journeys across markets
  • Ensure regulatory, privacy, and data governance compliance across all digital initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
  • Ten or more years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or digital health environments is required
  • Five or more years of experience in patient support or patient services operations is required
  • Proven leadership of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives is required
  • Strong project management, stakeholder influence, and vendor partnership experience is required
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights with executive presence is required

The reasonably anticipated salary range for this position is $ 148,000-194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
