• Establish and cultivate trusted relationships with clients, creating a safe and supportive environment conducive to therapeutic work.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Meridian Mind Healthcare, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges, including relationship dynamics, parenting issues, trauma recovery, and mental health disorders. • A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective therapeutic engagement and collaboration with team members.

• Experience in addiction counseling or working with clients facing co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with using digital health tools and electronic health records to modernize the therapy process.
• Proven track record of motivating clients to achieve therapeutic goals.
